Excellent service from Andrew, the sales person to Joni and Sam, the delivery/installers. Andrew found the stove I was wanting at an excellent price that fit my budget. Joni and Sam were on time, efficient and thorough. Based on my experience with L & D and their team I would highly recommend them for the quality of their service! Shopping local businesses is a plus!

If you thought the big box stores could knock out all the mom and pop appliance stores, then you clearly have never dealt with L & D Appliances. I have purchased appliances from Wendy at L&D for almost a decade now (I am a property manager). In that time I think I have placed at least 200+ orders and they have not missed a single delivery. I am not exaggerating. Home Depot, Lowes, and Best Buy have all screwed me on delivery dates or shipping issues but never L&D. They always hire great delivery drivers and installers as well. Joni (Johnny) and Sam recently delivered a speed queen coin slide washing machine and they brought the machine up a flight of stairs, down a flight into the basement and then hauled away the old one, very clean and respectful. This company really is top notch, any extra you are paying compared to the big box stores goes into their exceptional customer service.

L & D did a wonderful job providing us the best price for the appliances we purchased. Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with and very responsive. He even circled back after the delivery to ensure all went well. The delivery was smooth and delivery drivers were very pleasant. I highly recommend this place and will return for future appliance purchases.

I got a blue star range from them. Wendy is super helpful and really eased me through this big purchase. She followed up every step of the way and made sure I got my range (it came in time for Christmas). I went to the showroom room in Monrovia to buy a Speed Queen washer, which are hard to come by, but I stumbled upon L & D Appliance. Andrew answered any questions I had. What I was most impressed with though, was the delivery and install. Sam and Joni were two of the most impressive, diligent workers I have ever met. Not only did L & D Appliance deliver on the scheduled date, but Sam and Joni allowed me to take my time to inspect the product, answer all of my questions, and made sure the washer was installed properly.
I wish big box companies could take lessons from L & D Appliance. The people who work at this company are truly valuable and Sam and Joni were exemplary. In addition, Andrew did follow up after the delivery. I truly appreciated that. If I would have known sooner about L & D Appliance, I would have shopped here for all of my appliance needs…thank you.

We purchased a suite of kitchen appliances from L&D in Monrovia. Wendy helped us from beginning to end and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions and provided help whenever we needed assistance. We are very grateful for her super customer service. Wendy is the best. The delivery guys also went above & beyond, carefully maneuvering the refrigerator into our tight doorway. Everything was delivered perfectly. All in all, a great experience with L&D. We had an excellent experience with L&D. Our old washer and dryer were failing and we needed quick replacements. Wendy helped us pick out new name-brand machines at a good price, and she arranged installation in just a few days. The installers came on time, worked quickly and were very courteous.

Sam and Louie were exceptional! Sean was great as well dealing with purchase and coordinating delivery.
